RETURNS

Unwashed and unused items in their original condition may be exchanged upon presentation of the original invoice within 21 days of order receipt. 

MOOII will not be responsible for the non delivery, loss in transit of any return items.

Items can also be exchanged at MOOII Store. A copy of the purchase receipt is needed when making exchange. When making exchange, Items must be in their original packaging and condition. We will not accept returns for items that are stained, washed, scrunched up, wrinkled or otherwise look like they are not new and in their original condition.

MOOII does not provide return or refunds for change of mind. However, we may refund if an item has a major problem, this is when the item:

• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it

• is unsafe

• is significantly different from the sample or description

• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

As Mooii Sydney is not liable for the loss of an item being returned we recommend that you return it using registered mail. Once you've posted your item, please email info@mooiisydney.com to let them know to expect the return and attach a photo of the actual product you are returning in the email.

If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, we will pay for the packaging and postage costs given that you attach a postage receipt in the email. However, we are unable to offer free delivery for ‘change of mind’ exchanges.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

We mainly deliver within Australia, however some of our products may be delivered overseas, please contact us for more information for international deliveries.  

 

How do I return an item?

 

Please refer the Terms and Conditions Return and Exchange for information about returning an item.

 

What courier company do you use?

 

We are using Australia Post for most of the items sold online, however we are happy to help if you have any request on other delivery methods. Please let us know your needs.

How do I track my order?

We will email the parcel number once the orders are sent, Most of the Australia Post's parcels can be tracked via:  https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/track.html#/track

 

Can I pick up in your store?

 

Please contact us if you wish to pick up in store.

 

Can I pay you when pick up?

Orders need be paid in full before delivery or pick up, MOOII will not reserve an unpaid item unless the payment is made in any means.
